About
Ao (Jessi) Yan is a PhD student in Management at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, where she works under the supervision of Prof. Man-Nok Wong. Her research aims to bridge organizational change, strategic human capital, and social networks, with a particular interest in the micro-foundations of how change actually unfolds inside organizations. She holds an M.Sc. in Human Resource Management from PolyU, earned with Distinction, and a B.A. in English from Northeastern University. She is especially interested in how culture and power struggles shape the everyday realities of change and collaboration in the workplace.
